Breaking Ads is an independent out-of-home and multi-channel advertising agency. We plan and buy media across OOH, digital, print and experiential for brands that want cultural relevance alongside commercial results. Our client roster spans retail, entertainment, FMCG and lifestyle. We're scaling the commercial team to match growing demand.
The role
You'll own a portfolio of existing accounts and drive new business. This is a hands-on sales role with direct responsibility for revenue, pipeline and client relationships. You'll work alongside the Director and play a central role in the agency's next phase of growth.
What you'll do
- Own a defined revenue target with monthly and quarterly milestones
- Build and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities across brands and agencies
- Develop and pitch media proposals across OOH, digital and multi-channel formats
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract close
- Build long-term relationships with media planners and brand marketing teams
- Negotiate rates with OOH media owners
- Work with the planning team to build campaigns that deliver commercially and creatively
- Represent Breaking Ads at industry events, client meetings and pitches in London
- Feed market intelligence back into the commercial strategy
- Mentor junior sales staff as the team grows
What we need
- Minimum 3 years in OOH (agency or media owner side)
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding revenue targets
- Strong existing relationships with brands, agencies or media owners
- Confident negotiating with clients and suppliers
- Commercially sharp with a strong grasp of media pricing and margin
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Able to travel to London regularly for client meetings and industry events
- Right to work in the UK
