About Breaking Ads

Breaking Ads is an independent out-of-home and multi-channel advertising agency. We plan and buy media across OOH, digital, print and experiential for brands that want cultural relevance alongside commercial results. Founded in 2024, we're scaling fast and building the team to match.

The internship

This is a paid internship for someone looking to break into the advertising industry. Over 6 months you'll work directly with our commercial team, learning OOH media from the inside and contributing to live client work. High performers will be considered for a permanent role at the end of the internship.

What you'll do

  • Support the commercial team with day-to-day sales admin
  • Maintain the CRM and pipeline tracker
  • Research prospect brands, agency contacts and market opportunities
  • Help prepare media proposals, site lists and costings using our templates
  • Coordinate meetings, agendas and follow-ups
  • Format and proof tender and pitch documents
  • Liaise with OOH media owners to request availability and pricing
  • Attend client meetings in London alongside senior staff and write up notes
  • Support outreach campaigns to warm and cold leads once trained

What we need

  • Strong written English and attention to detail
  • Confident with Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint and Google Docs
  • Organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple tasks
  • Commercial curiosity and genuine interest in media, advertising or culture
  • Able to travel to London for client meetings as required
  • Right to work in the UK

What helps

  • Previous internship, placement or relevant work experience involving media, marketing or sales
  • Familiarity with CRMs (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce)
  • Interest in OOH, brand strategy or the advertising industry
